Dr. Thomas Lendvay to be Recognized as School of Medicine’s Inventor of the Year

The Department of Urology is pleased to announce that Dr. Thomas Lendvay will be recognized and honored by the UW School of Medicine as its 2018 Inventor of the Year. The School of Medicine’s annual event is in its 15th year and honors outstanding contributors to biomedical research.

The 15th Annual Inventor of the Year Event will take place on October 16, 2018 from 5:00-7:30 p.m. at UW Medicine’s South Lake Union Campus.

The event will include the CoMotion Innovators Showcase, where the next generation of UW innovators will pitch their exciting biomedical research in a lightning-round, to be voted on for market potential.

Drinks and hors d’oeuvres will be served.
