Biography
Farshad Sheybaee Moghaddam, MD was born and raised in Zahedan, Iran. He earned his medical degree and completed his urology residency at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. He then moved to the United States, where he pursued a research fellowship at the University of Southern California. His work has focused on clinical trials in prostate and upper tract urothelial cancers, as well as translational research in UTUC. His research interests include urothelial carcinoma, biomarker development, and outcome disparities.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, cooking, charcoal drawing and playing with his cats.
