Biography
Dr. Jacobs graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Public Relations. She went on to join Teach for America in Nashville, Tennessee where she worked in public education for five years and earned her Master’s degree in Education. She returned to her hometown of Salt Lake City to attend the University of Utah for medical school.
Dr. Jacobs research interests include patient education, patient reported outcomes, and outcome disparities. She enjoys yoga, hiking, skiing, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog.
