Urology Clinic at Harborview

Paul Neuville grew up in Lille, North of France, where he started his medical school training before coming to Lyon for specializing in urology. He developed expertise in genito-urinary reconstruction under the supervision of Dr Nicolas Morel-Journel. After completing a post-graduate diploma in Urology and Andrology, he focused his clinical activities on genital reconstruction which include specifically urethral stricture, peyronie’s disease, erectile dysfunction, penile cancer, and transgender care. He is implicated in leading and participating to research project as shown by his 10 published articles last year. He is especially concerned in the evaluation of complex functional reconstruction including qualitative approach, for which he was trained during a Research Master’s Degree in Human and Social Sciences. He is deeply implicated in transgender care in France, being a founding member of the French Professional Association for Transgender Health (FPATH) and member of its scientific council.

He came to the University of Washington as a visiting scholar for its strong leadership in reconstructive urology and the many research opportunities developed in the urology department.

He is also enchanted to discover the Pacific Northwest with his family during this year.
