How Bladder Cancer Can Help Change Patient Treatment Outcomes

Dr. Ming Lam, Research Associate Professor, recently teamed up with Dr. Yeon Soo Kim, and Dr. Andrew Hsieh at Fred Hutch Cancer Center to review key advances on organoid and xenograft models of bladder cancer created using patient-derived tissue. The review highlights mutations and expression patterns for cancer-related genes that are unique to each patient, which ultimately allow precision therapy for individual patients. Read more about this research here.
